What not to send
PrimeMortgageCalc does not originate loans, take applications, run credit, or pre-approve anyone. Never send a Social Security number, driver's license number, bank account or routing number, pay stub, tax return, credit report, or a completed loan application through this form or to our mailbox. We have no way to use them, the form is not a secure channel for sensitive documents, and we do not want them. If a message arrives containing those identifiers, we may delete it unread and ask you to resend without them. Can you tell me what rate I qualify for or approve a loan? No. We are not a lender and we do not originate, quote, or pre-approve anything. Only a licensed lender working from your full financial profile can do that.
